The Harrison County Track and Trail Foundation unveils its donor plaque recognizing the many business, organizations and individuals who donated over $170,000 to bring the South Harrison High School an eight-lane all-weather track, new football field lighting and new concession stand/restroom building – where the plaque is displayed. Pictured with the plaque are Larry Linthicum, South Harrison Superintendent, Tammy Lenhart, Foundation Chair and Jeff Nichols, Foundation Treasurer. Having completed its first goal of completing the track, the Foundation will soon embark on its second goal – to enhance and expand recreational trails in the Bethany Area which will promote family recreation, along with good health and weight loss.
